We may also collect non-personal information such as your browser type, IP address, and the website that referred you to us.

 

PHI (personal health information) which is collected and protected separately through a EMR and secure HIPAA Compliant communication systems in Simple Practice and Spruce Health (See Cervitude Counseling section).

Signing up for tax deductible donations to the Cervitude Coalition are collected through separate fundraising platforms, including but not limited to PayPal and Patreon is  managed by those platforms.

 

Additional information for financial contributions directly collected through Venmo or CashApp for the corresponding cervitude endeavor you choose to support is managed by those platforms.

We use your personal information to provide you with our services and to communicate with you about our services and endeavors including grassroots fundraising. We may also use your information to send you promotional emails and updates about our services.

Any information you share to our third party platforms is being done directly by you.
